  • Eat more vegetables – Many vegetables contain healthy sugars that help to satiate a sweet craving while also providing a bounty of nutrients. Consider options like carrots, sweet potatoes and corn.

Don’t Forget About Your Oral Hygiene

In addition to changing your snack routine, be sure to maintain excellent oral hygiene. The two most important practices are brushing and flossing, both of which should be done at least two times a day. They will help to rid your mouth of any lingering debris and prevent the buildup of plaque.
